Enlist
First of all, anyone who wishes to join the 5 GIAP will not be turned away.
All new members will be given an initial rank of Starshina(Sergeant-Major),
and placed in the Training Eskadrilya where they will be on probation
for a period of 2 months. During that period all recruits will be evaluated on
mostly their team playing abilities, patience, and participation. Notice that
your individual combat abilities are not emphasized here. This is for a reason.
Our unit believes in team tactics, and participation.
All members of the 5th Guards Fighter Air Regiment will be expected to follow
the directives below:
- Obey superior officers
- Conduct oneself honorably, and graciously when representing the unit. Do
not resort to ridicule, or base behavior when encountering people of less than
generous attitude on the messageboards, or in the game.
- Actively participate in squadron events. Practice often with your wingman
against other players, or the AI. Participation in one squad event a month
is mandatory.
- Follow mission orders as best you can without excessive exposure to
danger.

- Your callsign.
- Age.
- Experience in either online or offline flight simulations.
